Dear Kevin, Just a short note to "Thank You" for all of your services and expert guidance this past year. Selling two houses and buying another all within a 5 month time frame (along with continuing to plan a wedding) is not something that I want to do again any time soon. Mark and I look back and wonder how we did it. We both do realize that we made the right choice in asking you to represent us in both of our buying and selling roles. I'm sure you remember when you first met with us, we were in the process of interviewing two other Realtors as well as investigating the option of selling our houses on our own to save on paying commissions. We considered another Realtor representing a discount commission service, but realized that they would provide us with not much more than a sign in our yard. You showed us your plan to aggressively market our houses until they were sold. You offered the most marketing tools of anyone we talked with and we wondered if you would really follow your plan to promote our houses and get the best price possible. You did everthing for us that you said you would (and more) and we are very appreciative. Had we chosen to do the "For Sale by Owner" option, we would have ended up with much less than we did because we would have priced our houses at a much lower value than you were willing to market them for. We highly recommend you to anyone we come across who we hear is interested in buying or selling. I just asked Mark what he liked most about working with you. His answer was "He listened". He really appreciated that you listened to our needs both as buyers and sellers. You got prompt answers to our questions and didn't tell us what we should do, but offered alternative suggestions. At a time when good customer service is so difficult to find, we are really pleased to say that you provided us with exceptional service, Kevin, and would personally welcome any opportunities to share our experiences of working with you to anyone.
